Patient is currently on ceftriaxone, phenazopyridine, Acetaminophen, Hydrocodone. The patient came in with gradual increasing dysuria, which grew to the point of being bothersome enough to consult his doctor. He has had BPH and multiple UTI’s in the past. Family history of diabetes and depression in family. He engages in minimal exercise, and works as a computer programmer. Vitals include: Pulse 88, BP 101/68 RR18 Temp 101.1 F SPO2 98 Pain 5/10Labs: WBC Elevated WBC 16,000, sodium 148, glucose 70, BUN 26, cloudy urine, Upon further assessment the patient is still febrile and diaphoretic. Patient complains of right flank pain, unable to tolerate oral fluid intake, tenting of skin, dry mucous membranes, urine culture and sensitivity results are pending. -What are 3 good nursing diagnosis for this patient?
