INSTRUCTIONS:Assessment Task 5: Presentation You have now developed a strategy/initiative to improve diversity in your work placement service (see Assessment Task 4 Part C). You will need to develop a presentation on this strategy. You will need to submit all materials you develop as part of your assessment (for example, this might be done using written notes, a PowerPoint presentation etc).You are to present your idea to at least three colleagues in your work placement service. Make sure you get permission from your work placement supervisor regarding your choice of colleagues.You must discuss your strategy and plan, and seek the input of your colleagues for improving the initiative. You must also discuss how all employees can be a role model to support and encourage diversity in the workplace. You must record your presentation and submit the recording as evidence for completing this task. You can record it on a mobile phone, a tablet device, a video recorder etc. Talk to your assessor about ways in which you can do this (for example, you may be able to Skype the recording).
