Mom and baby were skin to skin in recovery and breastfed in the first hour of life.  Mom is exclusively breastfeeding. Mom and baby are getting discharged in the morning. CB is tolerating a regular diet, ambulating with slow but steady gait. She has passed gas, but no bm and has had difficulty with pain management. Her wound has dressing in place, CDI.  Her baby is voiding and stooling, nursing every 2-3 hours.
